[Remote] Project Manager

The role involves leading projects from planning through construction execution, ensuring schedule certainty, cost control, and coordination among various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Managing active construction projects across multiple sites
- Coordinating with design consultants and contractors
- Reviewing schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Ensuring project milestones are met
- Frequent site visits (or remote oversight depending on phase)
- Running OAC meetings
- Resolving field issues
- Aligning execution with development timelines and business requirements
- Stakeholder communication
- Risk mitigation
- Maintaining continuity across parallel project phases
Skills
- Strong project management experience in mission critical or large-scale infrastructure construction
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with aggressive schedule
- Deep understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and critical path analysis
- Experience coordinating with architects, engineers, GCs, and commissioning team
- Strong financial oversight including budgets, forecasting, and cost control
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
- 5–10+ years of construction or project management experience (mission critical preferred)
- Background in large-scale commercial, industrial, or data center development project
- Experience managing projects with high electrical/mechanical complexity
- Proven ability to oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Familiarity with construction contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change order processes
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
