[Remote] Business Development Manager (Power Quality Solutions)

They are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to drive business development and customer success in the U.S. power quality market.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage effective sales channels across the U.S
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities
  • Establish and grow partnerships with utilities, consultants, EPCs, and system integrators
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Actively develop new customer accounts and establish long-term partnerships
  • Provide high-quality customer engagement and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Gather first-hand market intelligence and customer feedback
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and differentiate Sinexcel’s solutions
  • Identify and seize new business opportunities in the U.S. power quality market
  • Leverage technical knowledge to address basic customer technical questions
  • Collaborate with internal engineering teams for advanced technical support
  • Deliver solution presentations and product demonstrations as needed
  • Work cross-functionally with global teams to align strategies and deliver results
  • Demonstrate strong self-management, high execution, and target-driven performance
  • Utilize all available resources effectively to ensure successful project implementation

Skills

  • Technical aptitude to handle customer inquiries and provide solution-oriented support
  • Solid market research and analysis skills; ability to identify trends and opportunities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of independent work
  • Have network with utilities, consultants, or industrial customers in the U.S
