Responsibilities
- Develop new client relationships and generate business opportunities
- Build and manage your own book of business
- Source, recruit, interview, and place top talent
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job intake through placement
- Negotiate rates, fees, and terms with clients and candidates
- Expand existing client accounts through relationship management and business development
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver staffing solutions
- Create long-term relationships with clients and candidates across your market
Skills
- 3+ years of staffing agency experience
- Full desk recruiting and/or business development experience
- Proven success developing new business and managing client relationships
- Experience recruiting and placing candidates within a staffing agency environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a larger team
