[Remote] Salesforce Functional Consultant – ETM Implementation Specialist (Remote)

Envision Technology Solutions is seeking an experienced Salesforce Functional Consultant with expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Enterprise Territory Management (ETM). The ideal candidate will lead ETM implementations, optimize territory structures, support forecasting and quota management processes, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce Enterprise Territory Management (ETM) implementations
  • Design territory hierarchies, assignment rules, account assignments, and user assignments
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud teams
  • Configure solutions using Salesforce Flow, Validation Rules, and Data Loader
  • Support data migration, UAT, training, and documentation activities
  • Ensure territory models align with sales planning, forecasting, and quota management processes

Skills

  • 5+ years of Salesforce Functional Consulting experience
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Enterprise Territory Management (ETM)
  • Experience with territory planning, forecasting, and quota management
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow, Validation Rules, and Data Loader
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Varicent or Sales Performance Management (SPM) tools
  • Salesforce certifications are a plus
