Remote, USA Full-time Posted 2026-06-20

About arenaflex – Pioneering Health‑Tech Solutions

arenaflex began its journey at the turn of the millennium with a bold vision: to empower individuals to live healthier, freer lives through cutting‑edge, wearable health technology. Over the past two decades, arenaflex has transformed the lives of hundreds of thousands of patients worldwide by delivering products that are not only innovative but also waterproof, discreet, and seamlessly integrated into everyday life. Our mission‑driven culture attracts high‑performing, purpose‑focused professionals who share a commitment to excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Why This Role Matters

As a Product Owner for End‑to‑End Customer Experience, you will be the strategic bridge between business stakeholders, design teams, engineering squads, and regulatory partners. You will shape the roadmap for arenaflex’s flagship product platform, ensuring that every feature delivers tangible value to users and aligns with the broader vision of a connected, patient‑centric ecosystem. This is a fully remote opportunity, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States while staying deeply connected to a global, cross‑functional team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business leaders to define desired outcomes, translate high‑level goals into actionable features, and maintain a clear line of communication throughout the development lifecycle.
  • User Story Development: Convert features into detailed user stories, complete with acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment across product, design, and engineering teams.
  • Backlog Management: Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing short‑term sprint goals with long‑term strategic initiatives, and continuously refining priorities based on feedback and market shifts.
  • Customer Voice Integration: Work closely with UI/UX researchers to embed real‑world user insights into feature design, championing the customer’s perspective in every decision.
  • Sprint Execution: Monitor sprint scope, resolve impediments, and guarantee on‑time delivery of committed work while upholding quality standards.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the go‑to authority on the product’s functional landscape, providing guidance on solution design, architecture, and platform capabilities.
  • Agile Leadership: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies—backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives—driving disciplined, data‑informed decision‑making.
  • Quality Assurance Partnership: Collaborate with QA and security teams to ensure thorough code reviews, functional testing, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Ecosystem Coordination: Align with fellow Product Owners to maintain a cohesive strategy across the arenaflex ecosystem, fostering consistency and shared success.
  • Risk & Compliance Management: Identify potential security, regulatory, or operational risks early, facilitate risk assessments, and coordinate validation activities, especially in GxP‑regulated environments.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Business, Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of three years proven experience as a Product Owner or equivalent role within an Agile framework.
  • Hands‑on familiarity with modern software development tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in global, cross‑functional teams that include QA, marketing, development, and regulatory stakeholders.
  • Experience translating business concepts into clear, actionable user stories with well‑defined acceptance criteria.

Preferred Qualifications & Technical Acumen

  • Exposure to Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Communities, enhancing customer relationship management capabilities.
  • Understanding of platform architecture and functional aspects of health‑tech solutions; technical fluency is a strong advantage.
  • Prior involvement in GxP validation processes or regulated product development cycles.
  • Track record of influencing senior leadership and driving consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Communication Excellence: Ability to convey complex technical concepts to audiences of varying technical backgrounds, fostering clarity and alignment.
  • Organizational Mastery: Strong planning skills to juggle immediate sprint tasks while maintaining a strategic, multi‑year roadmap.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast‑paced environment, quickly adjusting priorities in response to market dynamics or emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Passion for empowering teams, encouraging open dialogue, and championing a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Analytical Rigor: Proactive risk identification, data‑driven decision‑making, and a results‑oriented approach to problem solving.
  • Leadership Courage: Confidence to challenge assumptions, provide constructive feedback, and guide stakeholders toward optimal solutions.

Career Growth & Learning Opportunities

arenaflex invests heavily in the professional development of its employees. In this role, you will have access to:

  • Mentorship from senior product leaders and industry experts.
  • Continuous learning programs covering Agile best practices, regulatory compliance, and emerging health‑tech trends.

  • Clear pathways for advancement into senior product management, portfolio leadership, or strategic innovation roles.
