Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients, partners, and internal arenaflex engineers to design, develop, and deploy data‑centric solutions on the arenaflex Cloud platform.
  • Perform high‑volume data entry tasks with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring data integrity and compliance with security standards.
  • Assist in the creation of automated data pipelines that ingest, transform, and store information in both SQL and NoSQL environments.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, technical specifications, and best‑practice guides for data migration, integration, and analytics workflows.
  • Provide technical expertise during client engagements, presenting solution architectures, answering questions, and recommending optimizations.
  • Contribute to the development of reusable code samples, tutorials, and demo environments that enable clients to adopt arenaflex Cloud services faster.
  • Participate in continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes using tools such as Jenkins, Spinnaker, TeamCity, or Bamboo.
  • Support infrastructure automation using configuration management tools like Chef, Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Gather client feedback and relay insights to product and engineering teams to influence roadmap decisions.
  • Work within a cross‑functional Go‑to‑Market team to align technical resources with business objectives and drive revenue growth.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years working with distributed computing environments, including server farms or cloud‑based infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated experience in data entry, data quality assurance, or data migration projects.
  • Familiarity with object‑oriented programming concepts and at least one language such as Java, Python, or C#.
  • Understanding of database fundamentals, including relational (SQL) and non‑relational (NoSQL) data stores.
  • Exposure to industry research and technology consulting engagements, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
