Position Overview – Product Analyst (Data Entry, Call Support, Customer Help)

arenaflex is seeking a highly motivated Product Analyst to join the Advertising group. This role sits at the intersection of data analysis, product development, and cross‑functional collaboration. You will be responsible for turning raw data into actionable insights, building and maintaining business dashboards, and guiding strategic decisions that optimize the performance of arenaflex’s advertising ecosystem. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Initiative Support: Partner with the Advertising team to plan, execute, and monitor high‑impact initiatives that improve product performance and operational efficiency.
  • Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze large data sets to uncover trends, identify revenue‑generating opportunities, and inform business‑critical decisions.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
