As a Content and Customer Experience Specialist within arenaflex’s Sales Enablement team, you will be the bridge between strategic vision and day‑to‑day execution. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Journey Mapping: Collaborate with program managers to define end‑to‑end customer journeys, identifying touchpoints where content can enhance understanding and drive conversion.
