Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Lead end‑to‑end execution of qualitative research projects, including logistics, script development, stimulus handling, and transcription.
  • Quantitative Research Support: Review survey instruments, proof questionnaires, conduct data validation, and assist with statistical analysis and visualization.
  • Insight Synthesis: Summarize findings from multiple sources, craft concise executive summaries, and present actionable recommendations to cross‑functional partners.
  • Dashboard & Report Creation: Design compelling visualizations using tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel to communicate trends, brand health, and audience behavior.
  • Ad‑hoc Analysis: Respond to urgent business requests by mining internal and syndicated data sets, delivering rapid insights that drive timely decision‑making.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders—including programming, marketing, and strategy teams—as well as external research vendors to ensure data integrity and alignment.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of hands‑on experience supporting or executing primary research projects (both qualitative and quantitative) within a media, entertainment, marketing agency, research firm, or brand consultancy environment.
  • Demonstrated project‑management expertise, with a solid understanding of content‑focused research methodologies.
  • Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in data visualization; experience with statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, or Python) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for senior leadership.
