  • Think creatively and pursue innovative approaches to our work, demonstrating flexibility, agility, transparency, and global thinking.
  • Respond to leaders and employees with a sense of urgency and timely resolution.
  • Analyze HR data and trends, presenting findings in a clear and compelling manner that informs business decisions.

  • Collaborate with DEI functional groups and employee resource groups to implement and measure the impact of key inclusion initiatives.
  • Evaluate talent capabilities and development needs based on business strategy, partnering with Learning functional partners to create and deliver development experiences that address gaps between current and future capabilities.
  • Lead organization design projects to streamline and implement new structures, roles, or processes that drive speed and efficiency and support rapidly evolving business demands.

  • Solid business acumen with a keen ability to process new information quickly.
  • Proven ability to influence and partner within a diverse organization to drive business results.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to rapidly interpret data, identify trends, and recommend solutions.
