Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement global business strategies, including market entry, expansion, and international growth plans. Analyze global operational footprints, identifying opportunities for efficiency, cost reduction, and performance improvement. Advise clients on managing geopolitical risks, regulatory complexities, and cultural nuances in international markets. Lead virtual project teams in the design and execution of global transformation initiatives. Facilitate remote workshops and stakeholder discussions to foster collaboration and drive strategic alignment. Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis for international business contexts. Ensure seamless integration of global strategies with local operations and market needs. Stay informed about global economic trends, trade policies, and industry-specific international challenges. Mentor and guide junior consultants in a remote work environment, fostering high performance and development.
Requirements
Master's degree in International Business, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A minimum of 8 years of experience in management consulting, international business strategy, or global operations leadership. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing global strategies for large, multinational organizations. In-depth knowledge of international markets, global supply chains, and cross-border operations. Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and complex problem-solving skills. Outstanding virtual communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities, with a strong command of remote collaboration tools. Proven ability to lead diverse, remote teams and manage client relationships effectively across different cultures and time zones. Experience with global regulatory frameworks and compliance is a significant plus. This is a 100% remote position.
