Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize arenaflex’s suite of support tools and resources to diagnose and resolve customer inquiries across all communication channels (phone, email, live chat, SMS).
  • Navigate multiple internal systems simultaneously, entering accurate data while gathering the information needed to address each request efficiently.
  • Identify and fulfill a broad spectrum of customer needs—including product recommendations, order tracking, service scheduling, and feedback collection.
  • Provide clear, concise explanations of product features, pricing, promotions, and service options, ensuring customers feel informed and confident in their decisions.
  • Apply strong problem‑solving skills and remain calm under pressure, escalating complex issues only when necessary and following through to resolution.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted).
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a fast‑paced contact‑center environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using basic computer applications, navigating multiple software platforms, and typing with accuracy.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal abilities, with the capacity to convey complex information in a clear, friendly manner.
