Role Summary

This remote position blends rigorous financial analysis with a deep understanding of digital commerce operations. You will own the end‑to‑end process of building, maintaining, and interpreting financial models that forecast revenue, SG&A expenses, and capital allocation for arenaflex’s Digital Business. Partnering closely with senior business leaders, you will translate complex data sets into clear, actionable recommendations that drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning & Forecasting: Lead the development of quarterly and annual forecasts for the Digital Business, incorporating revenue projections, cost‑of‑goods‑sold, marketing spend, and technology investments.
  • Data Entry & Validation: Oversee high‑volume data entry processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal controls and external regulations.
  • Model Development: Build sophisticated financial models (e.g., driver‑based, scenario, and sensitivity analyses) that support strategic decision‑making across product, pricing, and promotional initiatives.
  • Performance Analysis: Conduct variance analysis, trend identification, and root‑cause investigations to explain deviations from budget and forecast.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Digital Marketing, Product Management, Supply Chain, and HR teams to gather inputs, align assumptions, and drive consensus on financial targets.
  • Executive Reporting: Prepare and present concise, data‑rich decks for senior leadership, board meetings, and investor briefings.

Essential Qualifications
