Your work will directly influence the quality of reports, dashboards, and strategic decisions made by our clients, making you an essential contributor to the success of both arenaflex and the organizations we serve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, organize, and prepare source data from multiple channels, including PDFs, scanned documents, emails, and web forms.
  • Enter new and updated customer and account records into arenaflex’s secure database with a target accuracy rate of 99.9%.
  • Perform rigorous verification steps—reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re‑entering data—to eliminate errors and maintain consistency.
  • Execute routine database backups and follow arenaflex’s data‑security protocols to protect confidential information.
  • Adhere to established data‑entry standards, guidelines, and operating procedures, documenting any deviations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate virtually with cross‑functional teams, providing timely updates on data‑entry progress and flagging any anomalies that could impact downstream processes.
  • Contribute to process‑optimization initiatives by suggesting enhancements to data‑capture workflows, templates, and automation tools.
  • Maintain a professional, self‑directed work environment, meeting daily and weekly productivity targets while balancing quality and speed.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1‑2 years proven experience as a data entry specialist or in a comparable role that required high‑volume, high‑accuracy data handling.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite—especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation) and Word—or equivalent Google Workspace tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to spot inconsistencies, duplicate entries, and formatting errors quickly.
  • Excellent written communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions without constant supervision.
  • High school diploma or GED; additional certification in data entry, information management, or a related field is a distinct advantage.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States and a reliable high‑speed internet connection suitable for remote work.

Preferred Qualifications & Nice‑to‑Have Skills

  • Certification in Data Entry, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with data‑cleaning tools such as OpenRefine, Alteryx, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with cloud‑based database systems (e.g., Airtable, Smartsheet, or proprietary arenaflex platforms).
  • Basic knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and best practices for handling personally identifiable information (PII).
  • Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate occasional peak periods or urgent client requests.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Accuracy & Precision: Consistently achieve error‑free data entry while maintaining speed.
  • Time Management: Prioritize tasks effectively, meet deadlines, and manage workload without direct oversight.
  • Technical Literacy: Comfortable navigating spreadsheets, databases, and web‑based applications.
  • Problem‑Solving: Identify data anomalies, propose corrective actions, and communicate issues clearly.
  • Confidentiality: Uphold strict data‑security standards, safeguarding client and company information.
  • Communication: Provide clear status updates to supervisors and collaborate with remote teammates via chat, email, and video calls.
