Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience with full stack development, across back-end such as Java, Python, GO, or C++ codebases, and front-end including JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, or equivalent.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
  • Experience in the full product lifecycle including gathering technical requirements, solution design, implementation, and productionization up to support and decommission.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration with teams within and outside of the core team and across sites.
  • Team player and proactive in proposing solutions when faced with ambiguous software engineering problems.

Responsibilities

  • Write product or system development code.
  • Participate in the full cycle of development, from an idea through design, implementation, and test, to exposing features to end users.
  • Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency).
  • Contribute to existing documentation or educational content and adapt content based on product/program updates and user feedback.
  • Collaborate with teams across the globe (Prague and SF office).
  • Flexibility.
  • Help the team push toward our strategic goals.
