Key Responsibilities

  • Data Entry & Maintenance: Accurately input, update, and verify career‑related data in arenaflex’s proprietary recruitment database, ensuring completeness and consistency.
  • Job Listings Management: Regularly review, edit, and publish arenaflex job postings across internal and external platforms, guaranteeing that all details—including role descriptions, qualifications, and application deadlines—are current and compelling.
  • Cross‑Departmental Coordination: Liaise with hiring managers, HR partners, and operational teams within arenaflex to gather missing information, clarify role requirements, and confirm the authenticity of posted opportunities.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct routine audits of entered data, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to uphold the highest data integrity standards.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven data entry experience, preferably in a recruitment or HR environment, with a track record of delivering error‑free work under tight deadlines.
