Online Psychology Counseling Jobs – Remote Therapy Sessions
Job Summary MindCare Services is seeking compassionate and professional Online Psychology Counselors to provide remote therapy sessions to clients from diverse backgrounds. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct online counseling and therapy sessions with clients via video, audio, or chat platforms.
- Assess client needs, develop treatment plans, and provide tailored interventions.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with professional and ethical standards.
- Offer crisis intervention and emotional support when necessary.
- Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and other professionals to enhance client care.
- Provide clients with coping strategies, resources, and follow-up support.
- Stay updated on best practices and developments in mental health care. Required Skills and Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Clinical Social Work, or related field.
- Licensed or certified psychologist/counselor (depending on regional regulations).
- Strong interpersonal and empathetic listening skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Comfortable working with digital platforms for therapy delivery.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical practice. Experience
- Minimum 1–2 years of clinical or counseling experience required.
- Experience in online counseling or teletherapy is highly desirable.
- Exposure to working with diverse client populations is an advantage. Working Hours
