Principal Cloud Product Marketing Manager (Remote)

As a Principal Cloud Product Marketing Manager on the Cloud Growth team, you will develop positioning, value propositions, content, and messaging (including tools and associated sales enablement) for our Acxiom’s Cloud Products and Solutions. Working with a highly cross-functional team, you will support the development of the customer success brand at Acxiom. This role will keep an eye on... customer feedback and market trends, and infuse creativity and fresh ideas in our messaging, presentations, and content. We are looking for a cloud native. • This role can be located almost anywhere in the U.S. What You Will Do: Define your product marketing strategy and plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders to drive campaign plans and assets, event content, communication content and enablement Product positioning and messaging; collaborate with product management, Solutions Consultant and other stakeholders to create messages and differentiated stories Articulate the trends and customer problems with industry context and how Acxiom can help solve them; define how this differentiates Acxiom from the competition. Competitive landscape; understand the competitors for your product areas and how we differentiate working with the Product, Engineering, and Solutions Consultant teams Audience frameworks: Identify audiences and personas. Create, maintain and use personas to develop targeted content and talking points Content: Create relevant content for use by Marketing Teams, Corporate Communications, and Customer-facing teams Understand customer and buyer journeys and match content to journeys Develop compelling thought leadership without providing a product pitch. Engage with resources in the business to help deliver. Partner with Marketing team on activities relating to product releases and key announcements Sales enablement: ensure that salespeople understand the value proposition and can articulate this, understand the buyers’ personas, and equip them with the latest competitive information, industry and analyst reports. Coordinate and communicate on a regular cadence with other marketing teams. Develop relationships with internal customers and partners to deliver relevant messaging and content. What You Will Have: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a similar field or equivalent work experience 8+ years’ proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager, Product Manager, or similar role in B2B software/technology in a global environment Experience in defining GTM strategies and market analysis/research. Experience in creating value-outcome-based messaging Experience presenting to key stakeholders and internal audiences through various settings A strong understanding of product marketing tactics Comfortable working with agencies and creative teams to develop assets such as videos and collateral. Understands the competitive landscape from both a business and technical perspective Strong ability to copywrite and provide concise written communication Please see our CCPA/CPRA Privacy Act notice here.
