We are currently hiring a Remote Senior Data Entry Specialist to support our Claims and Network Operations teams. This is a full-time, work-from-home position open exclusively to candidates who reside within the great state of Texas. You will operate as a key contributor within a high-performing operations function, processing critical healthcare data with accuracy, consistency, and care. What You Will Do – Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be entrusted with handling sensitive healthcare information and ensuring that every record, claim, and provider detail is captured with precision. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Operating data entry devices and systems to enter, update, and maintain a wide range of information across Claims Operations and Network Operations functions.
  • Reviewing incoming documents and electronic records, accurately transcribing data fields into arenaflex's internal platforms.
  • Verifying the integrity and completeness of data prior to submission, identifying discrepancies, and escalating issues when appropriate.
  • Maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy while completing routine and moderately complex tasks, often with minimal direct supervision.
  • Following established procedures and applying sound judgment when work falls outside of standard guidelines.
  • Collaborating with team members, supervisors, and cross-functional partners to meet daily, weekly, and monthly processing goals.
  • Adhering to all arenaflex policies, including our Telecommuter Policy, Information Security Policy, and confidentiality standards.
  • Participating in quarterly team meetings at the Fort Worth office to stay connected, share insights, and align on team priorities.
  • Flexibility to support business needs during peak periods, including open enrollment season (October through February), which may include occasional overtime or weekend shifts.

Required Qualifications

To be considered for the Remote Senior Data Entry Specialist position with arenaflex, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
  • Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Experience: At least 1+ years of experience working in customer service or a related client-facing role.
  • Technical Skills: Demonstrated experience using computers and Windows-based PC applications, with the ability to learn new and complex software systems quickly.
  • Software Proficiency: Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Availability: Ability to work during normal business hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST, with flexibility to support occasional overtime and weekend work during open enrollment (October – February).
  • Residency: Must reside within the state of Texas.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will make your application stand out:

  • Prior experience in a data entry, claims processing, or healthcare operations environment.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and the handling of protected health information (PHI).
  • Typing speed of 45+ WPM with high accuracy.
  • Experience working in a remote or telecommuting capacity.
  • Prior experience working in a metrics-driven, production-based environment.

Telecommuting Requirements – Home Office Setup

As a remote team member at arenaflex, you will be expected to maintain a professional and secure home office environment. The following requirements apply:

  • You must reside within Texas and have a dedicated workspace that is separated from other living areas to ensure information privacy.
  • You must have access to a high-speed internet connection that meets arenaflex's approved standards (or leverage an existing high-speed service).
  • You are required to keep all company-sensitive documents and information secure at all times.
  • You must be available to attend quarterly in-person team meetings at arenaflex's Fort Worth office (300 Burnett Plaza, Fort Worth, TX 76116).
  • You must adhere to arenaflex's Telecommuter Policy in full.

Training and Onboarding

Training hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday. During this period, you will work closely with experienced trainers and mentors who will guide you through every aspect of the role.
