Position Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Representative for arenaflex, you will serve as the primary point of contact for commercial truck drivers seeking roadside assistance. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that drivers receive timely, accurate, and compassionate support during emergencies, helping them get back on the road safely and efficiently.

Core Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from truckers experiencing breakdowns, tire issues, or other roadside emergencies.
  • Gather critical information, verify driver identity, and assess the nature of the service request.
  • Dispatch emergency road service teams to the driver’s location, coordinating with local service providers and ensuring rapid response.
  • Handle escalated issues from tire service centers, providing clear communication and resolution pathways.

  • Transfer calls to appropriate departments or partner call centers when specialized assistance is required.
