Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team in Cambodia. This unique live chat-focused role combines customer support, data management, and operational coordination at a competitive rate of $40 per hour. Key Responsibilities

  • Live Chat Customer Support: Respond promptly and professionally to member inquiries through live chat channels, providing accurate information and resolving concerns in real-time while maintaining arenaflex's high standards of customer experience.
  • Data Entry & Management: Accurately input, update, and maintain large volumes of data across internal systems, ensuring consistency, completeness, and adherence to established protocols.
  • Marketplace Analysis Support: Conduct comprehensive analysis of transactional digital marketplaces, examining how buyers and sellers of services interact within global ecosystems.
  • Trend Research: Research and evaluate industry trends and competitive landscapes for international marketplaces, synthesizing findings into actionable insights.
  • Strategic Recommendations: Offer data-driven insights and recommendations based on marketplace analysis to support strategic decision-making at the organizational level.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members to develop and refine competitive pricing strategies, financial models, and operational forecasts.
  • Financial Modeling: Assist in building financial models that evaluate business performance, assess potential scenarios, and inform budgeting procedures.
  • Reporting & Presentations: Participate in team meetings and presentations, sharing findings, insights, and recommendations with stakeholders across departments.
