What Your Schedule Will Look Like

This part-time position requires you to work 20 hours per week from your home office. The 20 scheduled hours must fall between Monday and Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. You will enjoy the predictability of a weekday schedule combined with the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to balance your professional responsibilities with personal commitments.

Key Responsibilities of the Part-Time Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, no two days will look exactly the same. You will take on a variety of responsibilities that combine relationship-building, problem-solving, document management, and process improvement. Your primary duties will include:

  • Responding to Customer Inquiries: Handle inbound questions and requests from both internal and external customers promptly and professionally via phone, email, and electronic communication channels.
