Key Responsibilities
- Follow approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to update claim information, resolve denied claims, and communicate resolutions to internal and external stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate existing policies and SOPs, providing thoughtful recommendations for process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Handle sensitive patient and billing information with the utmost confidentiality, adhering to HIPAA and arenaflex data‑security standards.
- Interpret and explain Explanation of Benefits (EOB) documents, insurance correspondence, and billing statements to physicians, patients, and insurance representatives.
- Document every interaction, claim update, and resolution in arenaflex’s CRM system to maintain a complete audit trail.
- Engage in telephone and electronic communication with physicians, insurance companies, and patients, delivering clear, courteous, and solution‑focused assistance.
- Utilize verification tools to confirm patient eligibility, claim status, and billing details, ensuring that all information entered into the system is accurate and up‑to‑date.

Essential Qualifications
