Key Responsibilities

  • Needs Assessment: Listen actively to uncover customer needs, then recommend appropriate arenaflex products and services for both residential and small‑business environments.
  • Billing & Claims Management: Adjust invoices, negotiate dispute resolutions, and process product returns or substitutions while maintaining compliance with company policies.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up‑to‑date on the full suite of arenaflex Communications offerings, including broadband packages, smart‑home devices, and business‑grade solutions.
  • Ownership of Experience: Take full responsibility for the customer journey, from first contact through resolution, ensuring a friction‑free experience that leaves customers satisfied and eager to explore additional arenaflex services.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with onboarding supervisors, team leads, and cross‑functional partners to share insights, improve processes, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Shift Bidding & Scheduling: Participate in a transparent shift‑bid process after training, selecting from 8‑hour or 10‑hour shifts that align with business needs and personal preferences, including evening premium pay (6 pm‑10 pm).

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 1 year of proven customer‑service experience, preferably in a call‑center or remote environment.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience navigating multiple computer screens and using standard office software.
  • Residency in Phoenix, Tucson, or a surrounding Arizona community with reliable high‑speed internet access.
  • Demonstrated ability to create an exceptional customer experience, with strong sales orientation, multitasking capability, and rapport‑building skills.
