Key Responsibilities

  • Guest & Reservation Management: Respond to inquiries, confirm bookings, and provide detailed information about property features, local attractions, and neighborhood amenities.
  • Virtual Property Management: Oversee the end‑to‑end lifecycle of each reservation, from pre‑arrival communication to post‑stay follow‑up, ensuring a frictionless experience for guests.
  • Housekeeping Coordination: Schedule cleaning crews, track turnover timelines, and verify that each property meets arenaflex’s cleanliness standards before guest arrival.

Essential Qualifications
