Key Responsibilities

Data Entry Excellence

  • Enter new and updated customer and account information into the central database with a focus on speed and 99.9% accuracy.
  • Compile, sort, and prepare source data for computer entry, ensuring that all source documents are complete and legible.
  • Establish entry priorities based on project timelines, data criticality, and stakeholder needs to maximize processing efficiency.
  • Review incoming data for deficiencies, resolve inconsistencies using standard operating procedures, and document corrective actions.
  • Input alphabetic and numeric information according to screen formats, adhering to data‑entry guidelines and validation rules.
  • Maintain data‑entry requirements by following established techniques, procedures, and best practices.
  • Verify entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re‑entering information to guarantee data integrity.
  • Combine data from multiple systems when account information is incomplete, creating a unified and accurate record.
  • Purge obsolete files and eliminate duplicate entries to keep the database lean and efficient.
  • Test system changes and upgrades by entering sample data, providing feedback on usability and functionality.

  • Conduct periodic inspections to verify that work environments remain safe, clean, and compliant with health and safety regulations.

Essential Qualifications
