Job Overview As a Remote Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients across different industries, including finance, healthcare, retail, technology, and more. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our clients' customers through inbound phone calls, chat, and email. You will be the face of our company, and your goal will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients' customers through various communication channels, including phone, chat, and email
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
