In this position, you will engage with prospective and existing clients through phone, video, and digital channels, uncovering their insurance needs and presenting customized life and health solutions. You will manage your own sales pipeline, nurture relationships, and drive revenue—all while enjoying the flexibility of a fully remote work arrangement. Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day Client Relationship Management Build, maintain, and deepen relationships with clients across the United States, delivering exceptional service and personalized insurance recommendations. Solution Presentation Conduct thorough needs analyses, explain policy features, and recommend life and health insurance products that align with each client’s financial goals. Pipeline Development Proactively generate leads, qualify prospects, and manage a robust sales pipeline using careerzynith’s CRM platform. Follow‑Up & Closing Execute timely follow‑ups, address objections, and close sales while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Licensing & Training Complete required licensing exams (life insurance license) and participate in ongoing training programs provided by careerzynith. Performance Tracking Monitor personal performance metrics, set weekly and monthly targets, and report progress to your mentor and sales manager. Collaboration Partner with underwriting, claims, and marketing teams to streamline the client experience and resolve any issues swiftly. Continuous Improvement Stay current on industry trends, product updates, and competitive offerings to provide informed recommendations. Essential Qualifications – What We’re Looking For Self‑Motivation Demonstrated ability to work independently, set goals, and achieve results without direct supervision. Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to convey complex insurance concepts in clear, relatable language. Interpersonal Skills Strong empathy and active listening abilities that foster trust and rapport with clients. Remote Work Readiness Reliable high‑speed internet connection, a dedicated home office space, and the discipline to manage time effectively. Licensing Commitment Willingness to obtain a life insurance license (or possession of a current license) within the first 90 days of employment.
