Junior Mortgage Processor
Job Summary Build your career in mortgage — no experience required. We train. Grit N Grace Solutions is a mortgage processing company that helps residential brokers and loan officers move their clients smoothly from application to closing. We're hiring two Junior Mortgage Processors to join our supportive, fun-loving, fully remote team. If you're organized, detail-obsessed, and great with people, we'll teach you the mortgage side. What you'll do:
- Set up loan files: confirm the application is complete, order initial title work, and register the loan with the lender
- Review borrower documents and complete worksheets so we can issue disclosures and submit to underwriting
- Order verifications of employment, rent, or mortgage, and insurance documents
- Manage your tasks and the loan pipeline in Google Sheets, hitting every deadline
- Communicate with borrowers by phone and email, and keep our team in sync
What you bring:
- Strong, warm written and verbal communication
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Great organization and time management
- Comfort with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, and a knack for learning new tools
- A proactive, can-do attitude and a quiet, reliable remote workspace
- High school diploma or equivalent
Bonus (not required — we train): any experience in mortgage, lending, banking, escrow, title, or real estate; familiarity with the URLA or disclosures.
