As a 3rd shift remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of our company, providing top-notch support and assistance to our valued callers in ensuring customer satisfaction every step of the way. Our call center is open 7 days a week, and the candidate must be available to work a 5-day schedule from 800 pm - 500 am or 1100 pm to 800 am. - Windows 10/11 Pro (not Home or Home S Mode)
- Processor - Intel Core i5, i7, etc. Celeron processors are not recommended
- 8GB Memory / RAM
- Hard Drive Size - Minimum 128GB
- Wired Ethernet connection - wireless connections via WiFi, no Hotspot or 5G
- Internet Speed - Wired internet speed from internet provider needs to be 100 mbps
- Chromebooks and Macs are not acceptable or compatible Your Skills To succeed as a 3rd shift remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll need to possess the following skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Previous call center customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent Essential Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in a call center customer service role
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, etc.)
- Experience with CRM software and customer service tools
- Strong knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
