Communicate schedule changes, potential issues, and updates effectively to all relevant stakeholders. Utilize production planning software and ERP systems to manage scheduling data and optimize resource allocation. Collaborate with management to establish realistic production targets and capacity planning. Ensure efficient sequencing of jobs to maximize throughput and minimize downtime. Maintain accurate records of production orders and scheduling adjustments. Participate in regular remote team meetings to discuss performance, challenges, and upcoming priorities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 4 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or operations within a manufacturing environment. Proven ability to develop and manage complex production schedules. Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and production planning software. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage tasks independently. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Effective written and verbal communication skills, comfortable collaborating remotely. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote setting. Experience in demand forecasting and inventory management is a plus. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is advantageous.

Benefits

This fully remote position offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development. Enjoy the flexibility of working from home while being an integral part of a successful global team.
