Customer Service Expert – AI Training & Career Evaluation

About The Role What if the career knowledge you've built in customer service could directly shape how AI helps professionals navigate their futures? We're looking for experienced Customer Service professionals in Dallas and across Texas to evaluate and improve next-generation AI career guidance systems — ensuring the advice they deliver is accurate, practical, and grounded in real experience. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to professionals with a background in customer-facing work. No AI experience needed — your industry expertise is what matters.

What You'll Do

  • Review career-related questions submitted by professionals across different stages of a customer service career
  • Write high-quality "golden answers" that reflect genuine, expert-level career guidance within the field
  • Build evaluation rubrics to objectively score AI-generated career advice
  • Identify advice that is inaccurate, incomplete, or out of touch with how customer service careers actually work
  • Share your real-world industry insights to help AI career coaching tools improve
  • Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule

Who You Are

  • Meaningful hands-on experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Client Services, or Call Center Operations
  • Strong grasp of career development pathways, skills, and opportunities within customer-facing roles
  • Excellent written communication — you can write clearly, concisely, and with authority
  • Able to provide career advice that is practical, honest, and actionable
  • Self-motivated and consistent when managing your own workload
  • No AI, tech, or academic research experience required

Nice to Have

  • Team Lead, Supervisor, or manager-level experience in customer service or support
  • Experience coaching or training customer service agents and associates
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or ServiceNow
  • Background in QA, performance management, or contact center operations
  • Customer Success or client retention experience
