Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot customer concerns efficiently, identifying root causes and providing accurate resolutions in a timely manner.
  • Document all customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in our CRM system, ensuring accurate records for future reference and quality assurance.
  • Demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism in every interaction, even when dealing with frustrated or upset customers.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate departments, collaborating with team leads, technical support, and management as needed.
