Primary Responsibilities

As a Collections Support Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibility will be to serve as a professional liaison between consumers, businesses, and our internal collection team. Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Answering Incoming Calls: Professionally greeting consumers and business representatives who contact our agency, providing a positive first impression of arenaflex.
  • Call Transferring: Efficiently and accurately transferring callers to the appropriate collection team member based on their account needs and the nature of their inquiry.
  • Information Verification: Confirming caller identity and gathering preliminary information before transferring them to specialized team members.
  • Customer Support: Addressing general questions and providing basic information about arenaflex services while maintaining strict confidentiality standards.
  • Documentation: Accurately logging call details, transfer information, and any relevant notes in our proprietary systems.
  • Compliance Adherence: Following all federal, state, and local regulations governing debt collection practices, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).
