Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • High‑school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field is a plus.
  • Minimum of 12 months experience in a call‑center or customer‑service environment, preferably handling both inbound and outbound communications.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large call volumes while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills, with a clear, friendly, and articulate speaking voice.
