Team Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and product development teams to stay informed about new offerings and policy enhancements.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, webinars, and coaching calls to sharpen sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends, lead quality, and potential areas for process optimization.

Essential Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to understand, articulate, and sell complex insurance products to a diverse client base.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for active listening and persuasive storytelling.
  • Goal‑oriented mindset with a documented track record of meeting or surpassing sales quotas.
