AI Prompt Engineer for E-commerce Content System (Avatars, Video, API Workflows)
Description: I’m looking for a high-level AI Prompt Engineer to help build and scale an internal AI content creation system for my e-commerce brand. We are developing an internal platform that connects multiple AI tools via APIs to standardize prompts, automate workflows, and produce consistent, high-quality outputs. The goal is to: - Place our products onto AI-generated avatars - Create realistic, high-performing video content (UGC-style, ads, product demos) - Build repeatable systems that generate near-perfect outputs at scale This is not a basic prompt-writing role. I’m looking for someone who can think in systems, workflows, and automation. What You’ll Be Working On: - Designing prompt frameworks that produce consistent outputs across tools - Creating AI-generated avatars that showcase our products - Generating video content (talking avatars, product demos, ad creatives) - Implementing AI voice + lip-sync workflows - Connecting tools via APIs into a unified system (our internal platform) - Building reusable pipelines for image → video → final asset - Improving output quality through iteration and testing - Helping define best practices for scalable AI content production Core Tools / Skills Required: - Advanced prompt engineering (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, etc.) - AI video tools (Runway, Pika, HeyGen, Synthesia, or similar) - AI voice tools (ElevenLabs or similar) - Lip-sync workflows - Image editing (Photoshop + AI tools) - Video editing (CapCut, Premiere, or similar) - Experience working with APIs to connect tools - Data structuring, analysis, and querying Bonus (Strong Plus): - Experience building multi-tool AI workflows or “AI stacks.” - E-commerce experience (Shopify, product marketing, DTC brands) - Experience creating ad creatives or UGC-style content - Familiarity with automation/orchestration tools Working Requirements: - Must work on Los Angeles (PST) hours OR have at least 6 hours overlap - Fluent in English (written + verbal) - Comfortable working in Slack for daily communication - Able to collaborate, iterate quickly, and problem-solve What I’m Looking For: - Someone who builds systems, not just outputs - Strong problem solver who can test and improve workflows - Can recommend better tools and approaches proactively - Detail-oriented with a focus on consistency and quality Project Structure: - Start with a paid test project - If successful, this becomes ongoing work To Apply, Please Include: - Examples of AI avatar or video work you’ve created - List of tools you’ve used (be specific) - A short explanation of how you would approach building this system - Any relevant e-commerce experience Apply tot his job Apply To this Job Apply To This Job
