Role Overview – Customer Service Associate (Swedish‑Speaking)

We are seeking enthusiastic, detail‑oriented individuals to join our award‑winning Customer Service team as Remote Swedish‑Speaking Customer Service Associates. This 12‑month fixed‑term contract (with the possibility of extension) offers a full‑time schedule of 40 hours per week, based entirely from your home office in the Netherlands.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Swedish‑speaking customers, providing support via phone, chat, and email. You will resolve inquiries ranging from order and product questions to payment issues and website navigation, ensuring each interaction reflects arenaflex’s high standards of service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Answer inbound inquiries from Swedish customers through multiple channels (phone, chat, email) with professionalism and empathy.
  • Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve a wide variety of issues, including order status, product information, payment processing, and technical troubleshooting.

Working Hours & Schedule

Our customers need support when they need it most, so we operate a flexible shift model:

  • Shift windows run between 07:00 AM and 09:00 PM (local Dutch time), Monday through Sunday.
  • Typical schedules consist of five 8‑hour days, but exact shift patterns vary to meet demand.
  • Rotating shifts may include early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holiday coverage. All overtime and holiday work is compensated at premium rates.
  • Schedules are published six weeks in advance, allowing you to plan personal commitments with confidence.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 18 years and legal right to work in the Netherlands.
  • Fluent in Swedish (written and spoken) and proficient in English.
  • Comfortable using a computer and navigating multiple software applications.
  • Availability to work varying shifts within the 07:00 – 21:00 window, including weekends and holidays.
  • Commitment to a four‑week, full‑time (paid) training program.
  • Dedicated, quiet home office space with a desk, chair, and hard‑wired Ethernet connection (minimum 50 Mbps). arenaflex will provide a complete equipment package prior to your start date.
