Key Responsibilities

• Monitor live chat streams across multiple Discord channels, promptly identifying and removing messages that violate community guidelines.
• Enforce moderation actions—including muting, temporary bans, and permanent bans—based on the severity and frequency of infractions.
• Investigate user‑submitted reports, gather evidence, and document findings in a clear, concise manner for internal review.
• Collaborate with the Community Management team to refine moderation policies, suggest improvements, and stay aligned with evolving platform standards.
• Maintain a calm and professional demeanor when interacting with users, providing clear explanations for moderation decisions and offering guidance on acceptable behavior.
• Utilize moderation bots and custom scripts to automate routine tasks while remaining vigilant for nuanced situations that require human judgment.
• Participate in weekly sync meetings (virtual) to discuss emerging trends, share best practices, and coordinate responses to high‑volume events or campaigns.
• Prepare concise weekly reports summarizing moderation activity, recurring issues, and recommendations for policy updates.

Essential Qualifications

• Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
