Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first line of support for clients via inbound and outbound phone calls, email, and secure messaging platforms.
  • Manage client accounts throughout the credit repair lifecycle, ensuring all required documentation is uploaded, verified, and faxed to appropriate partners.
  • Conduct proactive follow‑ups with clients to gather missing information, clarify account details, and keep them informed of progress.
  • Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records in arenaflex’s CRM system, documenting every interaction, document receipt, and resolution step.
  • Educate clients on the range of services offered by arenaflex, including credit counseling, dispute filing, and financial education resources.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross‑sell additional arenaflex services when appropriate, always prioritizing the client’s best interest.
  • Collaborate with the credit repair team, compliance officers, and technical support to resolve complex issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Adhere to all privacy, security, and regulatory standards (including FCRA and GDPR) when handling sensitive client data.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, role‑plays, and performance reviews to continuously improve service quality.
  • Provide feedback to management on recurring client pain points, suggesting process improvements and technology enhancements.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of proven customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call‑center environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle high‑volume inbound and outbound calls while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.
  • Strong written communication skills; ability to draft clear, concise, and empathetic emails and chat messages.
  • Basic understanding of credit repair processes, credit counseling principles, or related financial services is highly desirable.
  • Reliable home office setup: a functional laptop or desktop computer, high‑speed internet connection, headset with microphone, and a computer mouse.
