About the Role – Remote Customer Service Specialist

As a Remote Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, guiding them through every step of their travel planning journey. You will collaborate directly with a network of airlines, hotels, cruise lines, car‑rental agencies, and entertainment providers to design custom vacation packages that exceed expectations. This position offers the flexibility of a fully remote work environment while providing the support and resources of a well‑established travel brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and curate travel itineraries: Build comprehensive travel plans that include flights, accommodations, ground transportation, cruises, resort stays, amusement park tickets, concert and sporting event tickets, and a variety of tours and activities.
  • Process payments and reservations: Secure bookings on behalf of clients, ensuring all financial transactions are handled accurately and in compliance with industry standards.
  • Maintain vendor relationships: Cultivate and sustain strong partnerships with airlines, hotels, cruise operators, and other suppliers to secure the best rates and exclusive offers for our travelers.
  • Provide expert travel advice: Offer clients detailed guidance on passport, visa, and other travel document requirements, as well as recommendations for travel insurance and safety protocols.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service: Respond promptly to client inquiries, resolve issues with professionalism, and ensure a high level of satisfaction throughout the booking process.
  • Complete certification and registration requirements: Successfully finish arenaflex’s mandatory certification program and maintain up‑to‑date agent registrations with all relevant vendors.
  • Participate in ongoing training: Attend regular webinars, workshops, and product updates to stay ahead of industry trends and enhance your expertise.
  • Manage time and workflow efficiently: Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and keep meticulous records of client interactions and booking details.

Essential Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection, laptop or desktop computer, and a smartphone capable of handling video calls and travel‑booking platforms.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex travel information clearly and courteously.
  • Demonstrated ability to stay organized, manage multiple client requests simultaneously, and meet strict deadlines.
  • Successful completion of arenaflex’s required certification program within the designated timeframe.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or sales, especially in a remote or virtual setting.
  • Personal travel experience that provides insight into the traveler’s perspective and expectations.
  • Familiarity with global booking systems (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus, Travelport) and CRM platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and basic data entry tools.
  • Ability to speak a second language is a plus, particularly Spanish, French, or Mandarin.
