Core Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day

  • Maintain the HR Compliance team’s workflow by collecting, verifying, and uploading fingerprint and background‑check data into the arenaflex Access database.
  • Process daily FBI fingerprint submissions, troubleshoot data inconsistencies, and ensure timely transmission to the TSA Clearinghouse.
  • Coordinate with internal HRIS and EC (Employee Central) platforms to reconcile compliance records across multiple systems.
  • Design, generate, and maintain custom dashboards that visualize compliance metrics for senior leadership.
  • Conduct high‑level audits of fingerprint applications, confirming accuracy and re‑submission where necessary.
  • Serve as a liaison between arenaflex, TSA, U.S. Customs, and the U.S. Postal Service, handling faxed documents, status inquiries, and issue resolution.
  • Provide training and guidance to specialty teams on federal compliance requirements, internal processes, and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners—including HR, Security, and IT—to continuously improve data integrity and reporting efficiency.
  • Identify trends in compliance data, propose process enhancements, and support the implementation of automation tools.
