Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Support: Act as the first point of contact for external content teams encountering issues with arenaflex’s content creation tools, diagnosing problems quickly and delivering clear, actionable solutions.
  • Documentation & Training: Develop comprehensive reference guides, video tutorials, and live training sessions to accelerate onboarding and ensure partners can fully leverage the toolset.
  • Issue Resolution & Debugging: Investigate, reproduce, and resolve tool‑related bugs and workflow hiccups, employing systematic debugging techniques and collaborating with engineers when necessary.
  • Escalation Management: Route complex or high‑impact problems to the tool development team, track progress in JIRA, and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
  • Advocacy & Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from external partners, translate it into actionable improvement requests, and advocate for enhancements that drive efficiency and quality.
  • Tool & Process Innovation: Partner with software engineers to prototype new features, streamline existing processes, and contribute to the evolution of arenaflex’s content pipeline.
  • Cross‑Disciplinary Collaboration: Lead or facilitate dialogues between designers, producers, engineers, and product managers to align on feature requirements and delivery timelines.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field, OR equivalent practical experience in software support or tool development.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting live services or production‑grade tools, preferably within a fast‑paced media or gaming environment.
  • Hands‑on familiarity with Unity 3D, including experience building or troubleshooting editor extensions and custom tooling.
  • Proficiency with issue‑tracking platforms such as JIRA and documentation tools like Confluence.
  • Exposure to mobile development on iOS and Android platforms, understanding of platform‑specific constraints and deployment pipelines.
  • At least 5 years of experience delivering production‑level code, with a track record of shipping reliable software in collaborative settings.
