  • Collaborate with the Marketing, Product, and Technical Support teams to craft accurate, on‑brand responses that resolve issues and provide clear product information.
  • Utilize social listening tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Brandwatch) to track sentiment, identify trending topics, and surface actionable insights for cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Analyze performance metrics—reach, engagement, click‑through rates, sentiment scores—and produce monthly reports that highlight successes, challenges, and optimization opportunities.
  • Design and execute community‑building initiatives such as Q&A sessions, live streams, contests, and user‑generated content campaigns that foster authentic interaction.
