Remote Project Manager (RPA)

Job Title: Remote Project Manager with RPA W-2 only and no ThirdParties... Only GC, USC, GC-EAD and H-4 EAD Location: Remote (prefer folks in pacific or mountain time zone) Seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee our Robotic Process Automation (RPA) environments and projects. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of RPA technologies and projects at an L200 level. With a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in project management, particularly in the field of RPA, the successful candidate will play a critical role in driving the successful implementation and management of our RPA initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee RPA projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, task assignments, and risk management strategies. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to ensure effective project execution. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement mitigation strategies as needed. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on RPA initiatives. L200 level understanding of RPA technologies and projects, with hands-on experience preferred. Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects within schedule, budget, and quality constraints. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Solid problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing project challenges. Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus Apply Job!
