[Remote] Revenue Operations Analyst II

Red Cat Holdings is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Analyst II to join their Business Operations team. The role involves ensuring data accuracy, process efficiency, and operational excellence throughout the order lifecycle while collaborating cross-functionally with various departments to drive revenue initiatives and improve processes.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation, maintenance, and management of Sales Orders in SAP
- Execute on established Revenue Operations processes and procedures to support the revenue lifecycle
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Operations) to drive revenue initiatives and process improvements
- Assist in resolving Revenue Operations issues, inquiries and data discrepancies
- Play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of data within SAP
- Support reporting, audits, and data validation efforts as needed
Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, executing on tactical tasks daily
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proven expertise in Excel with ability to analyze and manipulate data
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Some travel may be required (up to 10%)
- Proficiency in SAP/ERP software
