They are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Operations & Mail Coordinator to support day-to-day administrative operations, including mail handling and banking tasks.
Responsibilities
- Collect mail from designated locations
- Sort, scan, and upload documents to the appropriate departments for processing
- Deposit checks using mobile check deposit (check scan) applications
- Visit bank branches to deposit physical checks when required
- Ensure documents and deposits are handled accurately and securely
- Maintain organized digital records of scanned documents
Skills
- Must reside in Frisco, TX or surrounding areas
- Must have reliable personal transportation for mail pickup and occasional bank visits
- Must own a laptop with reliable internet access
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Basic computer skills, including scanning and uploading documents
