[Remote] Lead Clinical Workflow & Integration Architect

GE HealthCare is a leading company in the healthcare technology sector, and they are seeking a Lead Clinical Workflow & Integration Architect to join their iRT software solutions team. This role is crucial for leading customer implementation activities, assessing workflows, defining connectivity requirements, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the implementation process.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to understand and document the site-specific workflows, data flows, system connectivity and implementation requirements for iRT
- Translate customer requirements into implementation inputs, workflow configuration needs, and setup documentation
- Act as a key point of contact and provide cross-functional leadership to service and customer teams on workflow and connectivity discussions during customer onboarding and implementation activities
- Partner with internal teams to communicate recurring customer pain points and propose practical solutions
- Help strengthen the overall customer success model by improving how workflow and connectivity needs are gathered, documented, and delivered
- Provide subject matter expertise on iRT related interoperability, workflow configurations and IT interfaces
- Develop processes and tools to automate critical integration tasks and augment human expertise, enabling predictable, repeatable and scalable implementations
- Support customization requests from customers with hands on coding and develop frameworks to execute customizations without triggering major design changes
- Ensure a robust framework is in place to support installation of updates and upgrades that that entitled based on the subscription offering and perpetual service contracts
- Provide hands on implementation coding leadership as needed to support service teams with installations and troubleshooting
- Ensure workflow documentation, configuration inputs, and connection-related activities are completed accurately and in line with applicable quality requirements
- Support testing, issue resolution, validation support activities, and go-live readiness along with service team for configured workflows and established connections
- Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
Skills
- Experienced Engineer (5+ yrs) with STEM Majors
- Experience supporting workflow implementation, customer onboarding, installation, or technical deployment activities
- Understanding of implementation lifecycle activities including requirements gathering, setup, testing, issue resolution, and deployment support
- Working knowledge of JSON, XML, web services, SQL, relational databases
- Expertise with interconnectivity technologies including application layer protocols such as DICOM/DICOM-RT, IHE-RO, HL7, Rest APIs, system to system connectivity etc
- Understanding of interface setup, data mapping, and connection troubleshooting
- Understanding of software deployment, environment setup, and configuration management concepts
- Strong communication skills and customer project management experience
- The ability to travel up to 25%
- Master's degree in STEM Majors preferred
- Previous experience with software deployments in Oncology Centers/ Hospitals is a plus
- Good to have working knowledge of Java, ObjectScript, cloud technologies, and InterSystems platforms
