[Remote] Sr Manager, Enterprise Sales
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Twill is a profitable, fast-growing company leading the no-code automation and AI orchestration space. They are seeking a Sr. Manager, Enterprise Sales to lead an enterprise sales team, own revenue targets, and help define sales strategies in a high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Enterprise AEs focused on net new logo acquisition and account expansion — own the revenue number and the pipeline discipline to hit it
- Recruit, develop, and coach strong enterprise sellers through structured deal reviews and deliberate feedback that changes behavior
- Partner cross-functionally with Solutions Architecture, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to move complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key accounts, moving conversations from workflow automation to AI transformation business cases
- Drive pipeline management and revenue forecasting with precision — data-informed, not gut feel
- Translate enterprise customer needs into product feedback that shapes the roadmap
- Contribute to enterprise sales strategy — refine playbooks, improve process, and help us scale from the ground up
- Actively use AI tools in your own workflows and build that expectation into your team's culture
Skills
- 8+ years of SaaS sales experience with a preferred focus on horizontal platforms, AI tools, or automation solutions — and consistent quota attainment
- 3+ years leading high-performing enterprise sales teams, ideally in a fast-growing or startup environment
- Proven track record closing and coaching large, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals ($100K+) with a consultative, value-driven approach
- Comfortable speaking to both technical and business audiences — integrations, APIs, compliance, scalability, and the business case they enable
- Operationally strong — you manage pipeline rigorously, forecast accurately, and make decisions from data
- You've built in ambiguous environments — no defined territory or handed-down playbook required
- Deeply curious about AI and automation — actively building with it, not just talking about it
- Strong communicator who aligns internal stakeholders and builds credibility with executives across customer organizations
- You have a point of view on how automation and AI are changing enterprise buying behavior
