[Remote] Project Manager – RxLogic Upgrade
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Intellectt Inc is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support an RxLogic system upgrade initiative. The role involves leading project execution, managing timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of the RxLogic upgrade.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the RxLogic upgrade project from planning through implementation and deployment
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and external partners
- Manage system upgrade activities including requirements gathering, testing, validation, and go-live support
- Oversee project documentation, including status reports, project plans, contracts, and purchase orders (POs)
- Manage vendor relationships, contract deliverables, and project commitments
- Track project budgets, resources, and overall project performance
- Identify risks/issues and drive resolution strategies
- Facilitate project meetings and provide updates to leadership and stakeholders
Skills
- 5+ years of experience with RxLogic or similar pharmacy/healthcare technology systems
- Proven experience managing system upgrades, implementations, or major enhancements
- Strong project management experience with the ability to manage complex initiatives
- Experience managing contracts, vendor relationships, and purchase orders
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively across business, IT, and operational teams
- Experience within healthcare, pharmacy, or life sciences environments
- Experience supporting enterprise technology implementations
- PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification preferred
- Experience managing regulated environments and compliance-driven projects
